Your business
answers every call.
A real phone number with a receptionist behind it. It books, prices, reschedules and takes messages. Then it writes the whole call down for you.

It follows people who do not talk like a machine
Nobody talks like a phone menu. Booking, pricing, moving a job: one ordinary sentence is enough for any of it.
I need a car service tomorrow afternoon.
No form, no menu, no spelling anything out. It follows the sentence the way a good receptionist would. Then it remembers all of it for the rest of the call.
The work is finished before the call ends
A booking, an enquiry, a follow-up, an order, an insurance call. Watch the same six places fill in for each one.
“Can I get a check-up tomorrow afternoon?”
An answering machine takes a message. This one finishes the job. Whatever the call was about, the booking, the price, the invoice, the customer record, the WhatsApp and your team are all done before the caller hangs up.
You pick up your phone and it is already done
No scribbled note to read back. No callback to make. Whatever the call was, it is handled and written down.
You get the same summary when your own team answers. Nothing depends on somebody remembering to write it up.

A whole list
A campaign in five steps: goal, people, conversation, timing, review. Test it on your own phone first.
Callbacks
Someone says call me Friday at five. It calls Friday at five, in their own time zone.
Follow-ups
Anything left for you lands on one board. Mark it done, move it, or let it call again.
Rules it keeps on every call
- Says it is an AI in its first sentence
- Checks it has the right person
- Calls only in local calling hours
- Anyone who says stop is never called again
- Asks for permission first where the law needs it
- Stops at the minute cap you set
Built for the calls you keep missing
A missed call is a lost job. This one picks up in seconds. It works out what they want and deals with it.
Answered before it ever reaches voicemail
Your own line rings first, exactly like today. Miss it and the assistant steps in mid-ring. The caller never hears a beep, and never rings the next business.
It knows your business by heart
Everything in your Clinket profile is what it knows. Nothing to write, nothing to keep updating.
A conversation, not a phone menu
Nobody presses one for bookings. The caller talks, changes their mind, interrupts, and it keeps up.
It only does what you allow
Standing rules it always follows, like never quoting outside your area. No caller talks it out of them.
Answers in the caller's language
It understands whatever they speak, and replies in the language you chose for your business.
You choose when it answers
Only your missed calls, only after hours, or every call from the first ring. Your choice.
Join any call as it happens
Read the live transcript as they speak. Step in from your phone or your browser.
Private mode when you need it
For confidential calls it never listens, never records and never writes anything down.
Saturday morning does not create a queue
Five callers, one number, five conversations at once. Nobody waits on hold, and every one of them ends up in your Clinket account.
One assistant, four jobs on your phone
Clinics, insurance, online stores, trades and professional firms. The same assistant, hired for whichever of these you are short of.
As your receptionist
Answers every call in your business name, greets the caller and handles what they came for.
As your booking desk
Checks live availability, books, moves and cancels. It verifies the caller before it changes anything.
As your secretary
Takes messages, writes up every call and leaves you the next step ready to approve.
As your enquiry line
Prices, cover, hours, areas and offers. New enquiries answered and captured, day or night.
What it is doing while they talk
All of it in the second before it replies. That second is why it sounds like a person and not a machine.
It hears them
Traffic, a busy shop floor, a toddler. It follows the caller through all of it, and lets them cut in.
It follows them
A vague date, two things asked at once, a change of mind halfway through. It keeps up.
It remembers
Their name, the job, the time they corrected, the price it gave two minutes ago. Nothing is asked twice.
It gets it done
Checks when you are free and books it. Prices the job and sends it on WhatsApp. All while still talking.
It sounds like you
Ten voices to pick from, and your own greeting. It answers in the language you chose.
It knows when to stop
Urgent, private, or they just want a person. It takes a message or books a callback, and you can join the call live.
From a one-person business to a team across several locations
Clinket AI Assistant comes from Clinket. Give each teammate their own sign-in, their own roles and only the access you choose.
Every caller is told
Callers are told the call may be recorded and that an assistant may help. It happens before your greeting. You never have to explain it.
Your calls are never sold
Recordings, transcripts and summaries are deleted after 90 days. They are never sold and never shared with another business.
It is part of Clinket
Bookings, prices, bills and customers all land in the Clinket you already use. There is nothing separate to set up.
It scales with your team
Several locations, roles per person and access you control. Every call still lands in one place, whoever took it.
Every call, waiting for you on your phone
The summary arrives the moment the call ends. It is there in the Clinket app on your phone, and on your computer.
- Join a live call from your phone or the browser
- Listen back to any call, read the full transcript
- Approve the booking or quote it drafted
- Call the customer back in one tap
The things you want to know before you hand it your phone
Straight answers, including the one thing that is not ready yet.
Do callers know they are talking to an assistant?
Yes, and you never have to explain it. Before your greeting every caller is told the call may be recorded and answered by an AI assistant.
Can I still answer the phone myself?
You choose. Your phone can ring first so it only takes what you miss, or it can answer after hours only, or every call. It can also just listen and never speak.
Can I take over a call while it is happening?
Yes. You get the live transcript as they speak, and you can step in from your phone or straight from the browser.
Can it transfer a caller to me?
It does not transfer calls itself. It takes a message or arranges a callback, and you can join any live call and take over.
What about confidential calls?
Turn on private mode. Your phone rings as normal, and the assistant never answers, listens, records or writes anything down.
Which languages does it handle?
It understands callers in any language. It replies in the one language you chose for your business: English, French, Spanish, Hindi, Punjabi or Gujarati.
What happens to the recordings?
Recording is on unless you turn it off. Recordings, transcripts and summaries are kept for 90 days, then deleted. They are never sold, never shared with another business and never used for advertising, and they help improve the Clinket AI only if you leave that setting on.
Do I keep my existing phone number?
Yes, in Canada and the US, and it is coming to India. Connect the number you already advertise in a few minutes. It rings you first and the assistant takes the calls you miss. You also keep your Clinket number.
Can it call my customers too?
Yes. Reminders, follow-ups, feedback, updates and callbacks, to one person or to a whole list as a campaign. It says it is an AI assistant in its first sentence, checks it has the right person, calls only during sensible local hours, and anyone who says stop is not called again.
Can it make promotional calls?
Only to customers who agreed to hear your offers, and only where the country's rules allow it.
What does it cost?
Start with a free trial: its details are shown when you sign up. Minutes come with the AI Assistant each month, the Premium plan adds extra minutes, and you can buy more minutes when you need them. Outgoing calls use the same minutes and have their own free trial minutes. You can turn the AI Assistant off at any time.
What if it gets something wrong?
New bookings wait for your confirmation, suggested next steps wait for your approval, and every call keeps its transcript and, when recording is on, its recording.
Can callers use it in an emergency?
No. The assistant is not an emergency service and cannot call or connect anyone to emergency services. In an emergency, hang up and call 911 in Canada and the US, or 112 in India.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Pick a voice and a language, write your greeting, add the rules it must always follow, and choose when it answers.
Give your business
a voice that never misses.
Set it up in minutes on your new number. Hear it answer, read what it wrote down, and decide for yourself.
No commitment. Turn it off any time.
